Midstate Dragway Fall Nostalgia Race

Midstate Dragway held another great nostalgia event with their fall nostalgia race September 6th & 7th and was arguably the best one yet to date.


With the stands and pits near capacity it was a great event for the nostalgia fan with 57 gassers on the property from three different gasser groups Brew City Gassers, Nostalgia Gasser Association and the Illinois Outlaw Gassers and 30 nostalgia super stocks between the True Nostalgia Super Stock and the Super Stock Inc groups along with 24 Ozark Mountain Super Shifters and 4 exhibition front engine dragsters.


And to add even more excitement there was a footbrake class along with no box, box, quick 8 and a JR dragster class it was definitely nonstop action all day long.


With track management racers and fans all vowing to make next year's nostalgia events even bigger.
